Mazak technology

Mazak uses the latest technologies to fabricate parts. As seen in the video above Mazak technology can really help with short lead times thanks to thier "one and done" philosophy. We have several lathes with milling capabilities which allows us to follow that philosophy and get parts to our customers in an efficient manner.

About Us
In the Beginning:
IPM was established in spring of 1996. Owner and founder Ralph Dlugas, a machinist and mechanical engineer, believed that there were excellent opportunities in job shop manufacturing. He believed that philosophies such as "on time, period!" and "fat pigs go to the slaughter" would be well received in many industries that required low cost, quality parts made with little or no lead time. It quickly became apparent that Ralphs' philosophies were accurate and, after IPM's first five years, it quickly grew into a high tech, world class facility.
The Growing Years:
Specializing in turning work, IPM manufactures parts for various industries such as: oil field, mining, aerospace, medical, and many more. IPM can accommodate your production and prototype needs. From micro to mammoth; non-critical parts made 'quick and dirty' to ultra critical intricate parts made from the most exotic alloys on earth, IPM strives to exceed every customers expectations.

(Ralph, Owner):
Ralph is the owner of Intermountain Precision Machine. He is very dedicated to his customers and his employee's. He has 23 years of machining experience in all the major manufacturing industries. He started IPM Inc. in April of 1998 and has grown to be one of the leaders in our industry. |

(Connie, Operations Manager):
Connie is the one behind the the scenes, the one that greases the squeaky wheel so to speak. She ensures that our customers needs are met and the business is running smoothly. Connie has been with IPM Inc. since 2004. |

(Kirk, Shop Manager):
Kirk is our shop manager and is responsible for putting out all the fires, so to speak. He is our turn to guy when the guys in the shop need an answer or solution to a problem. Kirk has been with IPM Inc. since the companys inception in 1996. |

(Dani, Accounting):
Dani is responsible for the growth of our company from a financial stand point. She is also Connies' assistant when it comes to making sure the company is running smoothly. Dani has been with IPM Inc. since 2009. |

(Glenn, Shipping Manager):
Glenn is our Shipping Manager, the one responsible for keeping up with our customers needs when it comes to getting the parts delivered on time. Glenn has been with IPM Inc. since 2005. |

(John, Quality Assurance):
John is our Quality Assurance Manager, the one that makes sure our customers specifications are being met and the parts are ready for shipping. John has been with IPM Inc. since 2009. |
